Why you should be taking DHA - pregnant or not
Taking a DHA came into my TTC journey when I found out I was pregnant in December. I was looking up which vitamins I should start taking and DHA was on top of the list, I should have been taking it the whole time of trying because the benefits are amazing (for you and your future babe)

There has been studies with DHA and fertility and they have demonstrated that omega-3s can improve ovulation & the DHA fatty acids has been shown to increase progesterone. Progesterone is a hormone that regulates the lining of the uterus which is essential in pregnancy!
DHA & PREGNANCY
DHA is a must while pregnant and I suggest having it on hand before you even get pregnant. This supplement will help your growing baby with brain function & cognitive function, fetal growth, development and vision.

DHA is a supplement both men and women should take. In my eyes, a healthy mom & dad makes a healthy happy baby. Im a huge believer in supplements and this one is a MUST.
